Data deletion

You can delete your PostMyWay data yourself, at any time. This page shows how, and how to remove PostMyWay's access from Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.

Delete your account in the app

1. Sign in at app.postmyway.com.
2. Open Settings and choose Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm.

This permanently removes your account record, sign-in sessions, uploaded and imported videos, clips, thumbnails, captions, brand kit and scheduled posts, and revokes any connected platform tokens. It cannot be undone.

Ask us to delete it

If you cannot sign in, email support@postmyway.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data". We complete deletion requests as soon as possible and within 7 days.

Remove PostMyWay's access on each platform

• Instagram and Facebook: in Facebook, open Settings and privacy, Settings, Business Integrations, choose PostMyWay and select Remove. When Meta tells us you removed the app, we delete the data tied to that connection.
• TikTok: open Settings and privacy, Security, Manage app permissions, then remove PostMyWay.
• YouTube: open your Google security settings and remove PostMyWay's access.

If you remove access from a platform's own settings, we delete the related data within 30 days. If you disconnect a platform inside PostMyWay, we revoke the token right away and delete the related data within 7 days.
